Power

If you’re in a situation where someone is intentionally trying to upset or bully you, the way you respond to them determines who has the power. No matter what anyone is trying to do to you, they have no control over how you respond. If you don’t allow them to affect you, they have absolutely no power over you. However, if you react negatively to them, they will see they’re having an effect on you and probably continue with the behaviour. So today, remind yourself ‘no one has the power to make me feel bad’.
